Banana bread

Hi there,

I really like cooking for myself because the food in England is not very tasty. Haha

Recently, I have been controlling my weight, so I decided to make sugar-free banana bread. I like the aroma of bananas. Because my bananas were about to go bad, I made banana bread.

Today is my fourth time making it, and I finally made it delicious.

It has a natural aroma, including the flavors of peanuts, nuts, honey, and cinnamon.

Moreover, it is very filling; I was full after eating two or three pieces. I hope I can make it even better next time.

The shape on top is less appealing than round.

I enjoy it with butter! It's great with coffee!

Low-gluten flour: 125 grams 

Eggs: 2 

Baking soda: 1teaspoon 

Cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon 

Bananas:2 

Nuts: as much as you like 

Butter: 20 grams 

Milk: 2 teaspoons 

Honey: 1/3 teaspoon
