How I Face Life’s Challenges and Keep Moving Forward
Hello Everyone,
I want to start by saying sorry for the delay in this newsletter. I am so glad that you have been on my journey all together. Work has been keeping me very busy, and I haven’t had time to sit down and write properly. But today, I finally want to talk about something important—how to deal with life’s low points.
Recently, I’ve been searching for jobs in the UK, and it has been a difficult and emotional journey. I’ve faced rejections, uncertainty, and self-doubt again and again. But through this process, I’ve learned something valuable—I have become stronger each time I fall and get back up again.
Learning to Move at My Own Pace 🐢
I used to compare myself to others, feeling frustrated when things didn’t happen fast enough. But now, I see myself more like a slow and steady turtle, not a fast rabbit. I’ve learned to accept my imperfections and focus on slow but real progress.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that self-acceptance and patience are key to overcoming hard times.
Three Lessons I Learned from This Journey
💡 1. Give Yourself a Reward After Difficult Tasks
After completing a hard interview or challenging task, I’ve learned to give myself a break. Whether it’s a walk in the park, a nice meal, or simply resting, treating myself like a retreat helps me reset and gain energy for the next step.
💡 2. Strength and Weakness Reflection
Each time I finish something difficult, I take time to analyze my strengths and weaknesses. What did I do well? What can I improve next time? Writing these down helps me see clear progress and avoid repeating mistakes.
💡 3. Surround Yourself with Supportive Friends
Talking to people who support you makes a huge difference. When I feel down, chatting with good friends helps me regain confidence and think more positively. We all need people who remind us of our value and encourage us to keep going.
What About You? 🤔
1️⃣ How do you handle difficult moments in your life?
2️⃣ Do you take time to reflect on your strengths and weaknesses?
3️⃣ Who in your life gives you support when you need it?
We all face challenges, but learning to manage them makes us stronger. If you’re going through a tough time, remember—you are not alone. 💛
I’d love to hear your thoughts!
