Spring Reset: Let’s Reflect, Reset, and Grow 🌱

Dear my friends,

It’s already April—can you believe it? Three months of 2025 have passed so quickly!

In January, I joined a goal-setting workshop by one of my favourite YouTubers, Ali Abdaal. It helped me think clearly about what I want in life and work. Now it’s spring—a perfect time to reflect and reset.

I want to be honest with you. I haven’t finished all of my goals yet. But I feel happy because I’m getting closer. The most difficult part is often just starting. Even small steps matter.

This is my reflection. How about you?

🌼 Here Are 3 Things That Helped Me Stay on Track:

1. Use Time Blocking on Your Calendar
I book time in my calendar for important tasks—and I follow it. For example, if I plan to study English or go to the gym, I block that time and treat it like a real appointment.

2. Give Yourself Retreats, Not Just Rewards
After big or difficult tasks, I take time to rest and recharge—even if I didn’t fully finish the goal. That’s okay. One month ago, maybe I couldn’t even do what I can do now. That’s already progress.

3. Talk to Supportive Friends
If I feel tired or stressed, I talk to friends who listen and encourage me. Their words help me stay positive and keep going.

💬 Let’s Reflect Together

I’m giving myself three more months to work on my goals and adjust them if needed. What about you?

👉 Is there something holding you back?
👉 What is one small thing you can start this week?

Let me know—I’d love to support you too. 🌱
